Etching

After the preparations we now come to the highlight of making PCBs: etching! The simplest way is to pour acid (iron-3-chloride or fine-etching-chrystal) into a dish and etch the PCB in this dish. Because this method is not adequate for fine structures (because of the undercut), I bought a spray-etching-machine. This device has a pipe in the middle, which sucks the acid in at the bottom and slings it through holes against the PCBs. In this way etching process is accelerated and and the PCB doesn't lay in the acid. which both minimises the undercut.
On the first three pictures show the etcing machine (in the third picture, it is actually working), the other pictures show the PCB during the etching process. The following three pictures shows the PCB after etching.

Of course it is always a good thing to get some help when working :-)
