Post processing

Since the PCB is now almost ready, there still is some post processing which has to be done now. First the photoresist must be removed with alcohol and the PCB is polished with a poliblock from Seno. After that a shiny tin film is applied by using the tin liquid by seno and a soldering finish is sprayed onto the PCB. Now all the holes in the pcb must be drilled and, where necessary, plated through. For this small hollow rivets are used, which e.g. can be bought with Segor electronics.
